Minqor's activity scope is organised into eight operating sectors. The mining sector covers prospecting, extraction, cutting, processing, recovery and refining of mineral ores, supported by accredited laboratories and mining infrastructure. Gravel and sand quarries are expressly excluded.

The remaining sectors extend the platform into natural gas and LNG, petroleum support services, non-green hydrogen and derivatives, emissions reduction and carbon, petrochemicals and applications, communications and IT, and import, export and general supplies.

Each sector has its own technical discipline, licensing path and operating requirements. The website presents this scope as an integrated operating platform.

The majority of the company's operations are concentrated in Safaga, Quseir and the Red Sea region, supported by the Cairo office.
